• Automatic Referral System
  Stores information from potential customers calling in making product inquiries, refers nearest dealers (via zip codes' latitude/longitude coordinates) to that potential customer, automatically sends lists of inquiries to referred dealers via fax at night, tracks and reports on inquiry data.
• "Phantom Master" Automatic Material Issuing System
  Client had 7,000 masters (no legs, many were 6 levels deep). When a phantom part is issued to a work order, the requirements for all phantom parts in lower levels are automatically relieved from inventory from the proper warehouse/location. Saves client from having to enter work orders for every "lower-level" master. Demand for lower-level phantom requirements is also maintained!
• Barcode System for Coil Stock Inventory Transactions (handles Part Traceability)
  Allows users on shop floor to easily perform inventory transactions related to coil stock by scanning barcode labels. The program performs inventory movements, adjustments, issues to work orders, and printing of labels. The program even facilitates the slitting of a single coil into multiple coils with the option to issue each new coil to a different work order!
• Stock Room Program
  This program is used in the packaging area to perform special processing of traceable items before shipment. Multiple traceable parts from a customer order can be combined into a single trace id. Inventory can be easily moved and box labels printed in preparation for shipment.
• Counting Station Program
  The program allows one or more customer order lines with traceable parts linked to work orders to be "un-linked". A soft link is maintained using user-defined fields. Trace information can be edited. All functions are usable by touchscreen.
• Traceable Inventory Maintenance Program
  Allows users to maintain trace information for any traceable part, perform inventory adjustments, transfer a traceable part from one part id to another, and even move multiple traceable items to one location in one step.
• Simple Part Requisitioning System
  Allows users on shop floor to easily requisition parts from material planners in production office or from purchasing agents. Tracks requisitions and prints requisition tickets.
