We accept Purchase Orders, money orders, or checks. Once purchase orders are received for VXplorer, VX Reports, or VX Trace, you will be given a code to unlock the program for the length of the terms of the purchase order plus 10 days. Upon receipt of payment, you will be given another code to permanently unlock the program.

Return Policy

Once a license file has been sent to the customer, we will accept no returns, nor grant any refunds, for any of our software products. Before purchasing, please use your trial/evaluation period to determine if the product fits your needs. If you need more time to evaluate our software, please contact us to receive an extension on your trial period.
