when you need help. Our team delivers fast, friendly, reliable service

Support Policy
SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Satellite Software will provide software support services and updates
for a period of one year upon receipt of payment in full for the
Software Support and Updates (SSU) fee in the amount of 15% of the
total product license fee prior to any discounts. Payment of the
SSU fee entitles customers access to the E-Mail support, toll-free
Phone support, and/or Fax support from the Software Support Group
representatives of Satellite Software. E-Mail, Phone, and Fax support
will be provided during normal business hours, with the exception
of holidays and other periods of closure, as deemed appropriate by
Satellite Software. SSU will not be provided for products not yet
purchased.
Users may choose to not pay the SSU fee, but in so doing will NOT
receive support services or software updates for the products whose
SSU fee has not been paid. All users, of course, will receive bug fixes.
